Everyday reality today

Four things in your hotel
that cost time every day.

Before we talk software, look at what is slowing your team down. If you recognise any of this, you are in the right place.

01

Disconnected systems

PMS, Channel manager, communication and revenue run side by side. Each fine on its own, cumbersome together.

02

Manual work on repeat

enquiries, offers, registration forms, price maintenance. Much of it is still typed by hand, every single time.

03

Yesterday's numbers

Reports are scattered and lag behind. Decisions rest on shaky ground.

04

Too few hands

Fewer hands, same expectation at the guest. The team is fighting the systems instead of working with them.

Question 1 of 3

What currently takes the most time in your hotel?
Which area would you start with?
What has held you back on AI so far?
felix, the interface of felixUnity
How you use the software

This is felix.
You say it. He gets it done.

felix is the interface of the AI-native hospitality software felixUnity. You write or speak in plain language, just as you would to a colleague at reception. What you tell him happens in the system: he searches your data, calculates, prepares the result and puts it forward for approval.

reservations, offers, housekeeping and reports stay where your team knows them. The difference: you no longer have to search where something lives.

The chat opens at the bottom right. Answers from your own data are shown in the demo.

What felix handles

  • Reading enquiries, categorising them and preparing offers
  • Checking availability against pricing
  • Distributing tasks to housekeeping and reception
  • Generating lists, reports and notifications
  • Showing the data behind every check

What stays with you

  • Every approval, as long as you want one
  • price limits and rules
  • Personal contact with the guest
  • Who can do what in your hotel
  • The decision about where felix helps

The full rollout is also possible. If you like, let entire workflows run without asking, from reading the enquiry to sending the offer. You configure per workflow from where felix continues without you, and change that at any time.

Reservation assistant with incoming enquiries, status and confidence scores
Felix reads along. Incoming enquiries are recognised, categorised and given a confidence score.
Arrival check with check details and timestamp
He also shows what he has done. Every check shows the data snapshot, the timestamp and the areas covered.
Preview of the offer as the guest receives it
felix identifies the enquiry and writes the offer. On request, it goes out automatically. You decide where he stops: submit for approval, or send directly. You change this boundary any time.
For us AI-native means: AI is built into the system from the start and works along in the background. Many tasks are handled automatically, and the manual work in daily operations drops.

One system for the whole day

From the enquiry
to the invoice.

01 · Sales

An enquiry becomes an offer

felixUnity reads dates, party size and preferences from the email, checks availability and puts the finished offer up for approval. Your gain: reply on the same day instead of the next.

02 · operations

Everyone knows what is next

Room status, tasks and guest requests come together in one place. Your gain: housekeeping and reception work on the same view, no more back-and-forth.

03 · Revenue

pricing that matches demand

Occupancy, rules and market data are evaluated together; suggestions arrive fully calculated. Your gain: you react to demand spikes before they are gone.

04 · OVERVIEW

Numbers that are already right

Reports come from the same dataset the team works with every day. Your gain: monthly figures are ready when the month ends.

Facts and figures

A look at
your key figures.

In a market where vendors get acquired and products get retired, the question of who stands behind the software is not a footnote. Four answers.

Getting started

System switch
without flying blind.

You start in one area where your team gains time immediately. Your existing system keeps running.

01

Start in one area

Check-in, guest communication, housekeeping or day-end closing. You choose.

02

Run in parallel

Your current system keeps running; legacy data stays untouched.

03

Expand only when it works

Once the first flow proves itself in day-to-day work, the next area follows.

One function, one area, introduced with guidance. The full rollout follows when you are ready.

Frequently asked questions

What comes up first.

Direct answers, even before the first demo.

Do I have to shut down my existing system?

No. You can adopt felixUnity in one step. If you prefer a phased approach, start in one area and let felixUnity run alongside your existing system. Legacy data stays where it is either way.

What happens to my guest data?

Guest data is stored and processed on servers in the EU. It is excluded from AI model training. Processing records, data processing agreements and further documentation are available on request.

Does my team need to be retrained?

When starting in one area, your team learns exactly one function. That is explained in half an hour. Onboarding is guided in person and aligned with your workflows.

What does felixUnity take on and what stays with people?

felixUnity prepares, prioritises and carries out defined tasks, such as an offer from an enquiry. You decide where it asks before taking action. Approvals, decisions and personal guest contact remain with your team.

What does felixUnity cost?

pricing depends on hotel size, active areas and the number of users. All core features are included at a flat rate; AI features run on a monthly quota with a hard limit by default. You get a ballpark for your property in the demo.
