The interface

felix chat in felixUnity: follow-up questions on travel dates, party size and late check-out — **You write, felix gets it done.** You type the request in the chat. felix understands it, asks back where something is still missing, and only then creates the reservation. You keep the approval.

List of sent offers with guest, amount and status — **felix writes the offer itself.** It reads travel dates, party size and preferences from the enquiry, checks availability, selects the category and package and calculates the price. You decide what follows: submit it for approval or send it directly.

Human control

Automation needs limits.

Not everything should happen automatically. You decide where felixUnity acts independently and where your team keeps the last click. Approvals, roles and logs can be set per workflow and adjusted at any time.
